Euclid Street Shooting Suspects Bound Over For Trial

A 22-year-old St. Clair Shores man was shot in his home on June 8.

ST. CLAIR SHORES, MI — Four suspects in the shooting of a St. Clair Shores man have been bound over for trial to Macomb County Circuit Court. Joseph Blystone, 22, was shot in his Euclid Street home on June 8, but survived the blast, according to a C & G Newspapers’ report.

“St. Clair Shores police arrested Jake Anthony Lutz, 19, of Madison Heights; Tyler Evan Kopke, 19, of Madison Heights; Angelina Joy Fortin, 17, of Troy; and Ashleigh Lynn Haught, 20, of Madison Heights, in connection with the shooting.”
“Haught waived her preliminary hearing Nov. 21, agreeing to be bound over to circuit court for arraignment at 1:30 p.m. Dec. 4. The other three suspects will be in Macomb County Circuit Court for a pretrial hearing at 1:30 p.m. Dec. 4.”
