Lakeview Tennis Defeats East Detroit

The girls tennis team defeated East Detroit 7-1 on Tuesday.

Lakeview took three of four flights at singles and swept all four doubles matches to record the victory.

Jessica Mallet led the Huskies with a 6-1, 6-0 triumph over East Detroit’s Lindsay Pluta at second singles.

Other singles winners for Lakeview were Rachel Hinze and Shelby Bricker.
Doubles winners for the Huskies were Micha Thompson and Mackenzie Desandre;

Emily Mahoney and Eva Smith; Leah Golembiewski and Hannah Sporer; and Kathleen Trombley and Daniela Garabay.
