ALERT: A SNOW EMERGENCY is declared for November 11 at 7:00 p.m. Per City Ordinance, there is NO PARKING on any street in the City after November 12 at 7:00 a.m. until the snow emergency is lifted. Parking permits are NOT valid during this time. Violators will be ticketed or towed. You may resume on-street parking after your street has been plowed or the snow emergency is lifted. Thank you for your cooperation.
