St. Clair Shores Police Are Hitting The Road With New Police Cars
Three 2017 Dodge V6 Chargers will be cruising the streets of St. Clair Shores.

ST. CLAIR SHORES, MI — Brand new police vehicles will be on the streets of St. Clair Shores soon.
The City Council unanimously approved the early ordering of three 2017 Dodge Chargers.
Lt. Anthony Pietrzak of the St. Clair Shores Police Department says that the department doesn't necessarily hit the road with the new vehicles as soon as they get the keys. Instead, he anticipates the new Chargers will be in action sometime during the winter. Lt. Pietrzak said, "We'll wait until as needed. When one car starts to break down, then we'll build the new car and we'll repurpose the car that's breaking down for another department so they can drive it around the city."
