St. Clair Shores Police Names New Deputy Chief
Veteran St. Clair Shores Police Officer Anthony Pietrzak was recently promoted to the position.
ST. CLAIR SHORES, MI — A veteran St. Clair Shores officer has been promoted to Deputy Chief. Anthony Pietrzak, who has spent 24 years with the department, earned the promotion Chief Todd Woodcox said in a C & G Newspapers’ report.
“Throughout his career, he has exemplified the type of police officer we want in the city of St. Clair Shores,” Woodcox said.
Woodcox said he will be able to delegate more internal responsibilities to Pietrzak, which will free him to interact more with the community. “I’d like to get back to that, but without a deputy chief, it was hard to do that,” Woodcox said.
