AMPLIFY: The Sound of Detroit Singing Competition 2018
Fifteen finalists will compete to be named the Motown AMPLIFY: The Sound of Detroit Winner
Join Motown Museum with hosts Angie Starr of 105.9 and Lola George, Vice Chairman of the Detroit Entertainment Commission & co-host of The Greg Davis Show, for the Grand Finale of AMPLIFY: The Sound of Detroit Singing Competition 2018.
Fifteen finalists will showcase their talent by singing Motown songs from the 60s to the 90s. The 1st place winner will receive a $2,500 cash prize, a studio session with the Motown AMPLIFY producers Drew Schultz and Kern Brantley, and be named the 2018 Motown AMPLIFY The Sound of Detroit Winner.
The event will take place on Friday, October 12, 2018 from 8-10 pm. Doors will open at 7:30 pm. General Admission tickets are $15 if purchased in advance or $20 at the door. Visit www.motownmuseum.org/amplify for more information.
