Board of Review Notice is hereby given that the 2021 March Board of Review for the City of Trenton will hold hearings in Trenton City Hall 2800 Third St Trenton where the Board will sit in review the following dates & times:

March 9, 11, & 12 Open: 9am-12pm: & 1pm-4pm

March 10 & 16 Open: 3pm to 9pm

Assessment appeals will be accepted in person or by mail. Appeals by mail must be received in the Assessor’s Office before the end of Board of Review hearings March 16, 2021. For each parcel appealed, a State Tax Commission form L-4035 must be completed by the property owner or the owner’s authorized agent & submitted to the board, timely. The organization meeting is scheduled on March 2, 2021. The assessment roll, as reviewed & approved by said Board of Review, shall be the assessment roll of said city for the year 2021.

2021 Inflation Rate Multiplier is 1.014

Tentative Commercial, Industrial, and Residential Ratio 50% & Factor 1.0000

If additional meetings are necessary for the purpose of decisions related to hearings held on the above dates, such decision sessions shall be held only as needed at 9am or 1pm Monday-Friday, March 15-19 & shall be posted conspicuously.
