Here's What Will be Open on New Year's Day Downriver
It's the holidays, but there are still a few places that will be open around town.
While the majority of mainstream stores and malls will remain open, local shops and restaurants in the Downriver-area will be paused until Thursday.Â

Most CVS stores are open during the holidays, including 1625 King Rd. in Trenton, but there is no guarantee that you will be able to fill a prescription.Â

West Grange Sav-Mor PharmacyÂ
The drug store and pharmacy, located at 3390 West Rd., is open on New Year's Eve from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and New Year's Day, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.ÂRite Aid
Most Rite Aid stores are open for extended hours during the holiday season. The store at 25050 Allen Rd. will be open:New Year's Eve 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.

The Starbucks located at 23555 Allen Rd. will be open:
