The Wayne County Lightfest is slated to switch on Nov. 18, when the display opens to bikers along Hines Drive, and offer holiday-light lovers more than four miles of twinkling displays between Ann Arbor Trail and Warren in Westland.
Nearly four dozen large animated displays highlight the trail, which has been converted entirely to more environmentally friendly LED lights.
