A big part of our commitment to being America’s Best First Job is to provide access to education that can help people realize their dreams,” said Gary Granader, owner/operator of the West Road McDonald’s. “Archways to Opportunity is just one aspect of what a job at McDonald’s can offer to employees. When you pair that with world-class training, flexible schedules, and experience in job and life skills that transcend different areas of work, you can find McDonald’s ‘alumni’ across the country who are successful in other careers. They tell us very positively that what they learned working at McDonald’s prepared them for the work they’re doing now. That’s a very special kind of impact.”
