MOD Pizza Partners with Woodhaven Brownstown Education Foundation To Host a Two-Day Back-To-School Benefit
Proceeds from the event to benefit the Woodhaven Brownstown Education Foundation

MOD Pizza, an individual artisan style pizzeria highly regarded as the pioneer of the fast-casual pizza concept, announced today that it will partner with the Woodhaven Brownstown Education Foundation for an exclusive, two-day only back-to-school benefit on August 22-23 from 10:30 a.m.-11 p.m. at its Woodhaven MOD Pizza, 23071 Allen Road. TSFR Brand Leader of MOD Pizza Jake Schostak made the announcement.
As part of the benefit, MOD Pizza will be donating 10 percent of all guests’ food sales to the Woodhaven Brownstown Education Foundation. Guests will also be able to purchase MOD-branded back-to-school kits, which includes notebooks, pencils and folders, for $5. For every kit sold, $3 will be donated back to the Woodhaven Brownstown Education Foundation to aid the organization in its efforts to provide independent funding for innovative and enriching programs throughout the Woodhaven and Brownstown school districts.
“As we continue to focus on providing unique experiences to bring the community together, we are proud to partner with the Woodhaven Brownstown Education Foundation for this two-day benefit,” said Schostak. “The foundation has been a great partner in helping us ‘Spread MODness’ and enriching the lives of the local residents and we look forward to continuing to initiate a constant ripple effect of positivity throughout the community with their help.”
