Gonging for Spiritual Protection
A sacred gonging meditative experience will disarm mind, body, and spirit at Pine Hill Congregational Church.
There are many scriptures that speak of God’s protection from forces that would deplete us or cause us harm. On Wednesday, March 27, 2019, at 7:00 pm, at the Pine Hill Congregational Church, 4160 Middlebelt Road, in West Bloomfield, Michigan, the Rev. Dr. Charles Packer will introduce local sound therapist Christopher Davis, who will play the sacred gongs to hold us in safety through sound and meditation. The experience is aimed to offer security of the mind, heart, and spirit and to strengthen one’s soul against all weapons of fear, distrust, and discord. This is open to all and there is no charge.
