Scout Soars as One of the Youngest Ever to Achieve Eagle Scout Rank
At only 15, Bloomfield Hills youth has reached the highest rank possible in the Boy Scouts of America organization.
Hunter Jones, 15, has a bright future ahead after he recieved Eagle Scout rank at the National Court of Honor held at Bloomfield Hills Middle School on Tuesday.
Involved in Scouting since the first grade, Jones is no stranger to the hard work and diligence that it is required to become an Eagle Scout. A ninth grader, Jones has received 29 merit badges.
A member of Troop No. 1022, Jones is one of the youngest to achieve the rank of Eagle Scout. Jones tells Patch “one lesson I’ve learned during my time in boy Scouts is how to lead.”
