METRO DETROIT, MI – After a chilly Sunday, mild temperatures are back in the forecast for most of the work week. Toward week’s end, though, you’re liable to need your winter coat again.

You’ll definitely want to keep your umbrella handy.

Monday: Areas of drizzle with a chance of showers before noon, then showers likely, mainly after 3 p.m. Areas of fog before noon. Otherwise, cloudy, with a high near 60. Calm wind becoming southwest around 5 mph in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 60 percent. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.

Monday night: Showers likely before 8 p.m. Cloudy, with a low around 46. Light west southwest wind. Chance of precipitation is 60 percent. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.

Tuesday: Mostly cloudy, with a high near 62. Calm wind becoming east southeast 5 to 7 mph in the afternoon.

Tuesday night: A chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 42. East southeast wind around 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40 percent.

Wednesday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 60. Breezy.

Wednesday night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 42.
