
You don't need a gym. You don't need home equipment. You don't need a treadmill and you don't need lulu-lemon pants. You need some good sneakers and to get outside. Your body is the only instrument you need. Do some hills. Drop for some push ups, even if you do them from your knees. Jump up and down for some plyo squats. Just do SOMETHING. Save money, save time and get some fresh air... spring is here.
Excuses are always abundant when it comes to getting into shape. With what's going on now, there's no excuse to not be in the best shape of your life once things return to normal. There's no lack of time, there's not even the lack of a gym to train at. Now you have no choice other than to get outside and get in the work. Find ways to make it fun, do it with your kids. State parks are open - make something positive come from something negative. Make positive changes with yourself by taking this time to develop the habit of fitness in your life. Just don't make excuses, there aren't any.
