Walk Without Faltering This Maundy Thursday at Pine Hill Church

A commemoration of the Last Supper and Service of Darkness will include choral music and award-winning artists Joe Kidd and Sheila Burke.

Footsteps were heard climbing into an upper room, then on the way to the garden of Gethsemane, and finally when the disciples scattered in every direction as the night took an unpleasant turn. Those who follow Jesus, have the chance to walk with him or to stagger off into the evening on Maundy Thursday, April 18, 2019. At Pine Hill Congregational Church, 4160 Middlebelt Road, in West Bloomfield, Michigan, at 7:00 pm, a Last Supper Memorial Communion will be held, as well as a Service of Darkness, as scriptures are read and the lights are dimmed as we try to keep pace with Jesus’ movement. Guest award-winning artists Joe Kidd and Sheila Burke will present music, as well as Pine Hill’s Worship Choir, taking us where it is difficult to go and where Jesus’ feet brought him. There is no charge for this event, and you may contact Pine Hill if you need more information at (248) 626-2737.
