West Bloomfield School District Annual Alumni Homecoming Tailgate

West Bloomfield Class of 1974 Enjoyed the West Bloomfield Alumni Homecoming Tailgate

West Bloomfield, MI–West Bloomfield High School DECA and Student Leadership held their annual Alumni Homecoming Tailgate October 4. Over 125 West Bloomfield School District current and retired staff members and alumni attended the event. Those in attendance enjoyed a BBQ dinner while they caught up with former teachers and classmates. Guest watched as students marched in the traditional homecoming parade to the high school. Following dinner, guests attended the Laker football game.

The West Bloomfield High School Class of 1974 joined the event as part of their reunion weekend. A tour of the high school was also included as part of their weekend activities.

West Bloomfield High School DECA is a Career and Technical Student Organization of 200 members. West Bloomfield High School DECA works to prepare emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in four fields of business: marketing, finance, hospitality, and management. DECA integrates into classroom instruction, applies learning, connects to business, and promotes competition in order to prepare the next generation to be academically prepared, community oriented, professionally responsible, and experienced leaders.
