WJBK-TV Features Sweet Potato Latke Demo
Rabbi Jason Miller of West Bloomfield-based Kosher Michigan joins Chef Keith Hayes for the segment.

Rabbi Jason Miller of West Bloomfield-based Kosher Michigan and Chef Keith Hayes of Southern Nosh, a vegetarian soul food restaurant in Southfield, recently appeared on WJBK-TV to show how to make sweet potato latkes.
The unique dish helps celebrate the convergence of Thanksgiving and Hanukkah, the 8-day Jewish festival of lights. The first day of Hanukkah, which officially began Wednesday at sundown, is also Thanksgiving Day.Â
