Lakeland High School Implements Online Registration for 2013-2014 School Year

All the paperwork your students needs for the 2013-2013 school year can be filled out online and submitted to the school.

"We have gone to an "online" format for paperwork," Tami Johnson, administrative support secretary at LHS, said. "A basic break down of how this works is that all the papers that we used to mail home are now online. Some of these items are now a 'click and done' process where you verify on this online program. This information will then be stored under your Family Access account. This helps to streamline the amount of paperwork that needs to be turned in."

According to Johnson, items that require a hard copy signature are "online" for parents to print off and bring with students to the Registration Day. On your students Registration Day, you will turn in your required paperwork, your optional paperwork (ie, orders, memberships, etc), students will have their pictures taken for their student ID and personal portrait purchases. At the end, student will receive their schedules.

When can I register?

Students and parents can complete the online portion of the registration at any time leading up to the start of the school year - though the sooner the items are filled out and turned in, the better Johnson said.

In addition, there are in-person registration days. During these days, students will have their photos taken and they can purchase Homecoming t-shirts.

The follow is the schedule for registration days at Lakeland High School:

Thursday, August 22, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

• Sophomores
• Juniors
• Seniors

Friday, August 23, 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

• Freshman
