White Lake Resident Recognized For Nursing Excellence
Madonna Ladouceur is the winner of a 2020 Nightingale Award in the category of Advanced Practice Nursing

Madonna Ladouceur, of White Lake, has been named winner of a Nightingale Award in the Advanced Practice Nursing category. She is employed at Huron Valley Sinai Hospital.
Each of this year's 11 Nightingale Award winners receive a check for $1,000, a solid bronze statue of Florence Nightingale and a Nightingale ceremonial pin. Nominees were nominated by their peers, supervisors and patients in recognition of their superior nursing expertise.
Now in its 32nd year, the Oakland University Nightingale Awards for Nursing Excellence® recognizes nurses from a variety of clinical roles who go above and beyond in caring for patients and families. This year’s Nightingale Awards event celebrates 2020 being designated the “International Year of the Nurse” and commemorates the 200th birthday of Florence Nightingale.
