How did your business come to be?: Wanting to give up corporate America I opted for what my passion has been for many years. Always into sports (6 time world BMX champ), training and nutrition I decided to make it a reality.

What's a fact about your business that most customers probably don't know?: How much time we spend working out the best fitness plan (nutritional & training) behind the scenes after meeting a client and understanding their fitness goals.

What's your most popular product or service?: TRX training. I'm a certified trainer for TRX so I bring more to the plate than trainers at large gyms that are not certified. Much more variety.

When was the business founded?: May 2013.

Why did you choose to locate to the White Lake area?: I grew up in Walled Lake but have been living in White Lake for the past 15 years. White Lake is home. We love it here.
