Merrill Advisor Named on Forbes, Barron's Top Advisor Lists

Leo Stevenson, Managing Director and Senior Resident Director at Merrill's Wyandotte office, was recently named to Forbes 2021 "Best-in-State Wealth Advisors" and Barron's 2021 "Top 1,200 Financial Advisors" lists. It is his fourth straight year on the Forbes list and he has been on the Barron’s list consecutively since 2014.

Leo holds the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM and the Retirement Benefits Consultant designations. He works with his clients to understand their concerns and priorities, developing wealth management strategies to help achieve their goals, focusing on retirement, personal, and business planning.

Leo has trained over 500 Merrill financial advisors throughout the U.S. on practice management. He is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Financial Administration Degree and has been with Merrill since 1996

Leo is active in local community social activities. Some of these activities have included the opening of a soup kitchen, past director of the local Salvation Army, finance committee member of his local parish, board member of a local country club, member of the Wyandotte Downtown Development Authority and director of FOCUS Hope.
