3rd Minnesotan Arrested In U.S. Capitol Attack: DOJ
The tipster emailed the FBI links to videos of Westbury narrating his time at the capitol.

LINDSTROM, MN— A Lindstrom man is the third Minnesotan to be charged in connection with the attacks against the U.S. capitol in January, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office in the District of Columbia.
Jonah Westbury, 26, is facing the following charges:
- Entering and Remaining in a Restricted Building and Grounds
- Disorderly and Disruptive Conduct in a Restricted Building and Grounds
- Disorderly and Disruptive Conduct in a Capitol Building and Grounds
- Parading, Demonstrating or Picketing in a Capitol Building
Officials said that they received a tip from somebody who went to high school with Westbury.

The tipster told officials they saw videos on TikTok, Snapchat, and Twitter of Westbury narrating his time at the capitol, officials said.

The FBI was able to confirm Westbury's presence in the videos due to him posting a photo on reddit in the same coat in the photos from the capitol, officials said.
During the investigation, the FBI got the videos from Westbury's snapchat, officials said.
A mob breached the U.S. capitol on Jan. 6 in protest of the presidential election results. The riots occurred during the counting of the Electoral College votes that would affirm the victory of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.
Five people were killed during these riots, and hundreds were injured, officials said.
A woman from Rochester was also arrested last week in connection to the storming of the capitol.
