Minnesota Stores Drop Mask Requirement For Vaccinated Customers
A growing number of retailers in Minnesota will longer require fully vaccinated customers to wear masks.

MINNESOTA — Several large retailers in Minnesota have changed their mask policies in accordance with the latest guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, including Minneapolis-based Target.
On Thursday, the CDC announced that fully vaccinated people are no longer advised to wear masks. Less than 24 hours later, Gov. Tim Walz repealed the statewide mask mandate.
"Given the CDC's updated guidance last week, Target will no longer require fully vaccinated guests and team members to wear face coverings in our stores, except where it's required by local ordinances," Target said.
