MN Foreclosure Filings See Year-Over-Year Decrease In February
Foreclosure filings in Minnesota for February 2018 saw a decrease when compared to the previous year.

Foreclosure activity in the U.S. in February decreased both over the past year and over the past month, according to ATTOM Data. Minnesota followed this trend and had a year-over-year decrease in foreclosure filings for February.
In the Land of 10,000 Lakes, foreclosure activity was down 5 percent year-over-year and decreased almost 25 percent when compared to January.
In February 2018, there were 490 foreclosure filings in the state or one in every 41 properties had a foreclosure filing.
