DAKOTA COUNTY, MN — The National Weather Service has issued a tornado warning for parts of Dakota County, including Burnsville, Lakeville, and Apple Valley. Residents should head to a secure shelter now.
The NWS says two tornados have touched down on the ground south of the Twin Cities metro area.
