Minnesota Woman Arrested In U.S. Capitol Attack

ROCHESTER, MN — A second Minnesotan has been arrested in the Jan. 6 attack on the United States Capitol. Victoria C. White, 39, of Rochester was taken into custody by special agents this Thursday morning.

The FBI has not yet released the charging documents in this case.

On March 19, the FBI arrested Jordan K. Stotts, 31, of Moorhead. According to charging documents, a witness tipped off federal officials about Facebook posts that Stotts posted indicating he was involved in the riot.
