Here are the counties with the highest COVID vaccination rates in Minnesota.
MINNESOTA — The Minnesota county with the highest vaccination rate is nowhere near the Twin Cities metro area. Cook County, which borders Canada and is home to the Superior National Forest, is currently leading the state in its vaccination rate.

2. Olmstead County

Looking at the state as a whole, 54.8 percent of the total population — or 3,049,039 people — has received at least one dose of the vaccine.
Coronavirus cases and deaths have steadily dropped since the beginning of the vaccine rollout. On Sunday, the Minnesota Department of Health reported four new deaths and 101 new cases.
