Apple Valley Officials Update Building Inspection Process Due To Coronavirus

All inspections on residential remodels, new homes, outdoor projects, and commercial projects will be conducted as normal.

We have adjusted the way some of the residential inspections are performed to maintain the safety of our residents, contractors, and staff.

Egress window wells, furnaces, water heaters, water softeners, dishwashers, water shut off valves, fireplaces and gas lines will be conducted via pictures or videos. Visit our Inspections CLOVID-19 webpage for more information on this process.
