It would appear that Burnsville's real estate market is back in action after a long dry spell. Since the last edition of Sold! agents closed on thirteen homes ($2,131,320 in sales). About half of these transactions occurred on a single day, Jan. 25, which was also a million dollar day for Apple Valley.
