Breast Cancer Awareness Month: Smashburger Unveils Susan G. Komen Shake
The shake is available beginning today, Oct. 1, through Halloween, Oct. 31, in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Smashburger has unveiled an exclusive, limited-time only Raspberry Sorbet Shake to benefit the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
The shake is described as a hand-spun combination of Häagen-Dazs Vanilla Ice Cream with Häagen-Dazs Raspberry Sorbet and fresh raspberries.
The shake will be sold for $4.49, with $.40 of each sold shake being donated to Susan G. Komen.
The shake is available beginning today, Oct. 1, through Halloween, Oct. 31, in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
The Eden Prairie Smashburger is located at 8045 Flying Cloud Dr.
“Komen has made it their mission to work hard every day towards discovering and delivering the cures for breast cancer and we are pleased to help support this important cause,” Dave Prokupek, CEO and Chairman of Smashburger, said in a written statment. “Our Häagen-Dazs shakes are a favorite among customers at Smashburger and now guests can enjoy our delicious limited time Raspberry Sorbet Shake while making a contribution to a great organization. To help in the fight again breast cancer, Smashburger has committed to donating a minimum of $25,000 to Komen this fall.”
In support of the limited-time promotion, the restaurant’s owner said through the news release that all Smashburger employees will wear a Komen pin in honor of Komen’s mission to save lives and end breast cancer forever.

Each Raspberry Sorbet Shake is served with a matching pink straw and customers have the opportunity to make their own donation to Komen online. Customer donations will be incremental to Smashburger’s minimum guaranteed donation of $25,000, officials added.
