2021 Pavement Management Projects
The City’s annual mill and overlay project, and a surface seal project begins soon. These are part of the City's program for cost-effectively prolonging the life of Eden Prairie's streets.

Baker Road Resurfacing
Hennepin County is resurfacing Baker Road (County Road 60) between Martin Drive and the bridge under I-494 during the summer of 2021. They are starting with curb and sidewalk reconstruction.
Mitchell Road/Baker Road Gas Main Relocation
CenterPoint Energy is replacing gas lines on Mitchell Road and Baker Road in coordination with Hennepin County's Baker Road Resurfacing project. Signage routes traffic through the work.
Cumberland Road Rehabilitation Project
The City's contractor is scheduled to begin work in June on the rehabilitation of Cumberland Road from Mitchell Road to Sycamore Court. The project is part of the City’s pavement management program to improve drainage and correct damaged concrete curb and pavement.

Prairie Center Drive Bridge Lighting and Railing Project
The City is updating the railing and replacing light poles on and around the Prairie Center Drive bridge over Highway 212. Signage routes traffic through the work. The project will be completed in about a week.
