“I’ve been blessed beyond measure in my career and I’ve had the pleasure of standing shoulder to shoulder with some of the finest human beings I know,” Weber reflects. “I’ve seen into the hearts of so many of my teammates and I know how deeply they care about our community.”

After a promotion to captain and then deputy chief, Weber was called upon to serve as the seventh chief of police for the City of Eden Prairie on September 29, 2018. Now, after nearly three years of service and dedication as chief, Weber prepares to leave the Department where he spent the majority of his law enforcement career.
