Now Open: Tavern 4 & 5 in Eden Prairie

Staff describes the place as "a new American tavern offering a flavorful twist of classic pub fare."

Owners of Tavern 4 & 5 in Eden Prairie reported that the place has "the new restaurant smell" on their Facebook page.

The anticipated bar and grill opened on Tuesday, April 30 for dinner in the former Prairie Ale House (16396 Wagner Way). The restaurant opened back up for breakfast on Wednesday, May 1 and will now be open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks.

The name "Tavern 4 & 5" refers to the crossroads, located at County Road 4 (Eden Prairie Road) and Highway 5.

Staff describes the place as "a new American tavern offering a flavorful twist of classic pub fare." Signatures will include a rotisserie, a woodfire pizza oven, 21 tap beers and their own infused Apple Whiskey.

Owners of the tavern are Pat Woodring and Scott Foster of the Eden Prairie-based Nova Group. The Tavern 4 & 5 management team is (see photo): Chef Zac Leeman, Assistant Manager Luke Johnson, Director of Training Lori Frazier, Bar Manager Daniel Boettcher and General Manager Dave Guistolise.
