Between the nights of June 7 and June 8, the warming house at Crestwood Park at 9780 Dell Road was broken into. A window pane was shattered. Inside, a fire extinguisher was spent of the floor and in the men's bathroom. Medical supplies that were in a cabinet were found in the trash.

On June 6, a 39-year-old Lakeville man pumped $103.45 into his vehicle at Super America on Pioneer Trail. When his accounts came back as "insufficient funds," he said he'd come back later to pay but never did. He was sited for theft.

Unpaid Taxi

Just before 1 a.m. on June 9, a 29-year-old Eden Prairie man was dropped off by an Airport Taxi at the Fountain Place Apartments. After three credit cards were declined, he told the driver he had cash in his car. When he didn't return, the driver called police. The man was arrested and charged with theft. 

Shoplifter

A known shoplifter at Eden Prairie Center attempted to cut the security cable from a TV and put a digital camera in his bag at Target near lunchtime on May 29. Security was notified and he was recognized as being a person banned from the mall. He admitted to taking the camera and was issued another trespass notice.
