Which Wich Sandwiches Opens April 24 in Eden Prairie

Which Wich Superior Sandwiches in Eden Prairie opens Wednesday, April 24 at 10:30 a.m. 

Owner Leena Khurana is so excited for the opening, she shivers when she talks about it. The shop's signage is up and construction is almost done.

The sandwich shop is located at 8353 Eden Prairie Road, next to Punch Pizza.

Which Wich Superior Sandwiches allows customers to create their own sandwiches using any combination of fresh and healthy ingredients including meats, poultry, seafood and vegetarian items as a base, and then topping them with cheeses, vegetables, dressings, sauces and spices in their choice of bread.

Sandwiches may also be swapped out for a breadless bowl, in which ingredients are served over shredded lettuce. Phone and online ordering is available, as are catering services.

The restaurant is part of a national chain based in Texas, and the Eden Prairie store will be the eighth corporate location in the Twin Cities.
