Braboleta Celebrates Grand Opening With Thursday Event

France Avenue's newest edition, Braboleta, is celebrating its grand opening Thursday, Aug. 8 with a day of prize drawings, snacks and, well, bra fittings.

The event will run from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and features refreshments and dessert bites all day. Bruschetta from Mozza Mia will be served from 4:30-6:30 p.m., and a photo booth for some fun will be operational from 4-7 p.m. There will also be prize drawings on the hour from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Edina's punning bra-fitting service, La Bratique, has helped women find comfortable brassieres for years from its second-story storefront on France Avenue. In July, the long-time business opened a new branch, Braboleta, for teenage girls and young women.
