Edina, Minn., April 12, 2021 – The City of Edina’s Board of Appeal & Equalization will meet virtually 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 21.

Each year, property owners are mailed value notices informing them of the values placed on their properties. Edina property owners were mailed value notices March 23. If you have questions on the notice you received or disagree with your 2021 property assessment, call the City of Edina’s Assessing Division, 952-826-0365. If your concerns are not resolved after speaking with Assessing staff, you may make an appeal to the Board of Appeal & Equalization. Appeals should be received by 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 20, for consideration at the meeting.

Members of the public can provide testimony or make an appeal by calling 800-374-0221 with Conference ID 4978528. After connecting to the conference, press *1 on your telephone keypad to speak. An operator will mute your line and place you into a queue until it is your turn to speak.
The Board of Appeal & Equalization will meet again May 5 to take action on matters presented at the April 21 meeting.
