Edina ‘Images Of Edina’ Photo Contest Entry Period Starts April 13
Only photos taken between June 1, 2019 and June 20, 2020, are eligible.

Edina, Minn., April 10, 2020 –Every photo has a story to tell. The City of Edina and Edina Magazine invite those who live, work or go to school in Edina to submit their best photos that tell Edina’s story in the 17th-annual “Images of Edina” photo contest.

This year, more than ever, it’s important to highlight the beauty and talent in our community.
The contest, sponsored by the City’s Communications Department, is free to enter and open to both amateur and professional photographers. For the 10th year, Edina Magazine is a co-sponsor, allowing entrants to submit their photos online at edinamag.com.

Category winners, a “Best in Show” winner and a “Readers’ Choice” winner will receive plaques, be recognized at a City Council meeting and have their work displayed for up to two years at Edina City Hall. Photos may also be published in issues of Edina Magazine or City of Edina publications such as About Town, Edition: Edina or the Parks & Recreation Activities Directory.
Photos can be submitted online between April 13 and June 20 at edinamag.com. Following the entry period, readers can vote for their favorite photos from June 20 to July 20.
Photos must have been taken in Edina and should be entered in one of five categories: Activities & Events, Business, People, Places in Edina and Plants & Animals.
