Edina Police Arrest Mr. Badboy for Threatening, Verbally Sparring with Officers
A Minneapolis man was also arrested after allegedly stealing a $156 bottle of cologne from the Southdale Center Herberger's.

Thursday, Feb. 14
- Christopher Robert Badboy, 27, of St. Paul, was arrested for obstructing the legal process after he was verbally aggressive, threatening and combative to officers responding to a disturbance call at 69th Street and York Avenue.

- Brian Christopher Garbowicz, 24, of Eden Prairie, was arrested for 3rd degree DWI after a traffic stop in the 6200 block of France Avenue.
- Police responded to the 6300 block of York Avenue on a report of a threatening phone call.
- Police responded to Carpet King on a report of theft. An unknown person stole a scarf and cash worth $275 in total.
- Police responded to the 5400 block of Interlachen Boulevard on a report of theft. An unknown person stole jewelry of an unspecified value.
- Shannon Joseph Motzko, 34, of Eden Prairie, was arrested for 3rd degree DWI after a traffic stop near the intersection of Hwy. 62 and Tracy Avenue.
- Jeffrey Michael Lundgren, 42, of Edina, was arrested for domestic assault and obstructing the legal process.
Saturday, Feb. 16
- Police responded to the 4900 block of France Avenue on a report of theft. A phone valued at $800 was stolen from the counter of a business.
- Police responded to the 6300 block of Concord Avenue on a report of a violation of an order for protection.Â

- Police responded to the 6400 block of Colony Way on a report of a domestic disturbance.
- Deborah Renee Pettit, 54, of Excelsior, was arrested for 3rd degree DWI after a traffic stop near the intersection of Hwy. 62 and Gleason Road.
- Police responded to the Southdale YMCA on a report of theft from auto. An unknown suspect stole a wallet from an unlocked vehicle in the fitness center parking lot.
- Salaad Farah Mahamad, 49, of Minneapolis, was arrested for theft after attempting to steal a bottle of cologne valued at $156 from the Southdale Center Herberger's.
- Police responded to the 7200 block of York Avenue on a report of theft. An unknown person stole a bicycle and rain gear valued at $665 from an underground parking garage.
