Preceded in death by husband of 55 years, Dr. Charles F. Kelly; son, Tom and stillborn son; siblings, Susan Lemire; Sister Mary Judith, Jane Chatterton, Richard Kearney, and Elizabeth Schwartz.

Survived by five children, Charlie (Sue), Mike (Brig), Ann Little, Patty (Lane) Jorgensen & Mary (Steve) Greenbush; grandchildren, Chuck, Brenna (Jamaal), Bill, Heidi, Patrick, Laura, Robbie (Jen), Jenny, Peter, Mike, Jack, Neil, Lauren, & Curt; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Kay was born in Stillwater, MN. She eventually settled in Edina where she & Chuck raised their six children. She had many fond memories of golf, meals on wheels, guild and travel. She will be greatly missed. 

Private interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.

Memorials preferred to Fairview or Methodist Hospice.
