Memorial services will take place April 13 for Jeanette Bilney Degen, a 95-year-old Stillwater resident who once lived in Edina, according to Bradshaw Funeral & Cremation Services.Â
Degen died March 17.
Services in her memory will take place at 1 p.m. at Edina Morningside Church.
