Peter Hoversten, Vikings Fan Who Worked in Maintenance, Dead at 59

Peter Quinten Hoversten, a Vikings fan who loved his family, friends and traveling, died Dec. 5 at the age of 59.

Hoversten graduated from Faribault MN Technical College with a degree in Small Engines, according to his obituary on the Morris Nilsen Funeral Chapel's website. He worked in maintenance for the EBBCO Company for 25 years.

He is survived by his father, Garfield, and by his two brothers and five sisters, Ralph, Linda, Elise, Wendy, Jon, Laurie and Nina. 

A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Dec. 14 at Oak Grove Lutheran Church, 7045 Lyndale Ave S., Richfield. Visitation starts one hour before the service.
