Repealing Ordinance No. 1380 Extending the Period of a Mayoral-Declared Local Emergency

The City Council of the City of Fridley, Minnesota, finds:

The City of Fridley does ordain that Ordinance No. 1380, an ordinance enacted pursuant to Minnesota Statute § 12.29 extending the period of a Mayor-declared emergency, to be repealed in its entirety.

Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Fridley on this 28th day of June, 2021.
