Senator Goodwin Supports Fridley Schools Referendum

Why is investing in our schools important? For the same reasons we make sure our roof is in good condition, our plumbing works properly and our appliances get upgraded. Buildings get old and technology becomes obsolete over time.

I was able to grab Senator Barb Goodwin and ask her why she supports the referendum.

“I hope Fridley schools get your “yes” votes! Our schools are incredibly important to the future of our children. My kids are now adults, but I am very thankful for those who voted yes many years ago, even if their children were grown or perhaps never had any. Thank you to the Fridley residents, past and present, who understand that a good education benefits all of society!”
