Brookview In Golden Valley Closes Early Due To Curfew

During the curfew, all persons must not travel on any public street or in any public place in the Golden Valley.

Brookview Golf Course and Three One Six Bar + Grill will close early Saturday, May 30 in accordance with the city-wide nighttime curfew enacted by the Golden Valley City Council in an emergency meeting May 29. Brookview’s driving range will close at 6 pm, Three One Six will close at 7 pm, and the regulation and par 3 courses and practice greens will close at 7:30 pm.

Consistent with Governor Walz’s Emergency Order 20-65, the curfew begins at 8 pm May 30 and will be in effect until Sunday, May 31, 6 am. During the curfew, all persons must not travel on any public street or in any public place in the Golden Valley.

The Golden Valley Police Department (GVPD) will have extra officers patrolling City streets, is monitoring the situation throughout the metro, and is working closely with neighboring agencies, as well as Hennepin County and State agencies, to protect residents and property.
