Cajun Crawfish Broil Fundraiser For PRISM
Master Chef Mark Friederichs will serve up a spicy gumbo featuring crawfish, potatoes, corn and more under a tent with beverages and entertainment at 6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 3, on Western Avenue in Golden Valley. Tickets cost $50.

Hoppy Hour: A Chance For Rabbit Owners to Meet and Mingle
A social hour for rabbits and their owners is 1 p.m.  every other Sunday including Sunday, Aug. 4, at the Golden Valley Humane Society.  Admission is $3 per rabbit.  All rabbits must be spayed or neutered in order to attend.

Gary Sinise and his Lt. Dan Band will perform a benefit concert for former Armstrong High School student and Cpl. (Ret.) United States Marine Corps Mark Litynski, 23, at 7 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 4, at the Pantages Theatre.
