Closure Coming To Welcome Ave In Golden Valley During Week Of August 17

The City of Golden Valley is in the process of installing a new sanitary sewer main off Welcome Ave. Weather permitting, Welcome Ave will be closed just north of Golden Valley Rd for approximately one week beginning the week of Aug 17.

Properties with driveways facing Welcome Ave will have access to their driveway during construction (see map).

The work was intended to be completed in conjunction with the 2020 Pavement Management Program. Now, the work is being completed separately.
