Hennepin County and Minneapolis Regional Chamber have announced a new public/private initiative, Elevate Business HC, that offers pro bono services to Hennepin County businesses hoping to rebuild, reestablish, and reignite after a year greatly impacted by COVID-19 and civil unrest. The program is funded through County allocated CARES Act funding.
