National Weather Service Advises Against Recreational Fires On April 20
The Red Flag Warning is in effect until 6 pm this evening.
April 20, 2020
Due to predicted low humidity and high wind gusts up to 35–40 miles per hour, the National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a Red Flag Warning in parts of Minnesota, including the Twin Cities. This means recreational fires are not advised as the humidity and winds make it very easy for a recreational fire to spread quickly.
